• Hard Skills Training:
• Placement:

Avaaz Hamari
CYDA creates a platform for girls and women to discuss social issues, raise their voices, and advocate for change.
The NTL Women’s Network
The Non-Traditional Livelihood (NTL) Women’s Network combats gender stereotypes by empowering women to enter male-dominated fields. Our objectives are two-fold: dismantle existing disparities in the workforce and equip women to build fulfilling careers on their own terms.
· The network acts as a crucial support system. CYDA offer soft skills training, building confidence through communication, leadership, and teamwork workshops. This empowers women to navigate professional environments and advocate for themselves. Additionally, hard skills training equips them with practical knowledge for specific jobs like electrician, plumber, or petrol pump attendant.
· CYDA extends its role beyond the training. The network provides placement assistance, connecting women with potential employers and ensuring they’re well-prepared for interviews. This doesn’t end with securing a job. Follow-up support helps women integrate into their new environments and achieve long-term success.
· The impact is undeniable. By providing comprehensive training and support, the NTL Women’s Network is not just creating opportunities, we’re redefining what’s possible for women in the workforce. They’re not only building careers, but also building a more inclusive and diverse future for all.
